Fabulous all round service and technical expertise. Disenchanted with servicing from BMW franchised dealers where customer service was extremely lacking so sought an independent company. Have looked after my car for a year now in this time all works carried out quickly and without fault and the bill has never been more than quoted …they are knowledgeable and helpful with a courtesy car service so your never off the road…after using multiple garages around cardiff area I’ve learnt the good from the bad and these are top tier ..thank you for helping me George and Phil and the technicians 👍🏼
I used SWSS for new rear shock absorbers and oil service on my F11 recently, l can honestly say they are amazing. The standard of workmanship and customer service is excellent and exceeded my expectations. The work was completed on time, and the cost was as quoted, my car was even valeted before l collected it.
