This was my first visit to SWSS. I found the team to be friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I remained in the comfortable waiting area while the servicing was carried out and was kept informed of progress and any matters requiring attention throughout. After the service, the car was washed and hoovered. The price was much less than it would have been at the main dealership and servicing details were entered in the on-board electronic log. I was very happy with the experience, and will definitely be bringing my cars (BMW and Mini) here in future.

We have been going to SWSS for about 20 years with our 6 Saabs. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else as they are fantastic. Gareth and Phil look after our cars so well and George who's in the office is lovely.

A great experience. I took my MINI in for its MOT and service, and all the staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They even carefully put protective covers on the steering wheel and seats to keep them clean. A very thoughtful and attentive service overall.

Took in a newly acquired Z3 for an inspection prior to service and MOT. Seem very thorough & very knowledgeable. Pictures taken, full report emailed out, and a face to face run through in detail of everything they found, with recommendations and a level of urgency given on anything that needs attention. Very impressed, and George was great 👍

Well this is the second time I have used this garage and what can I say I will always use them again they are a great bunch of people George is the best and the person on desk who works alongside George is brilliant to can't thank you enough for doing my BMW hope you take my advice on free Fridays 🤣 only on my vehicles though only joking you guys are brilliant at what you do keep up good work and thanks again for storing my BMW till was MOT'ED and able to repair was really appreciated
