Give your BMW a clean bill of health with an electronic Vehicle Health Check

As part of our high level of service, we offer a free assessment of the overall condition of your BMW with a complimentary Electronic Vehicle Health Check. Lasting approximately 20 minutes, the Electronic Vehicle Health Check includes a completed assessment with a potential cost breakdown.

After completion our Service Advisor will guide you through the report, if your BMW requires attention, we will endeavour to complete any highlighted eVHC work authorised whilst your vehicle is with us.

Alternatively, we will schedule an appointment for the work to be done at your convenience. During the Electronic Vehicle Health Check, the Technician checking your vehicle may also use video capture to film or photograph the inspection*.

Your eVHC Results

When your vehicle has been through the eVHC it will be assessed on a traffic light system to show the condition and assess any further actions to be taken.

Each area examined will be denoted as either:

• Green – No Action Required
• Amber– May require attention now or at a later date
• Red – Requires immediate attention

Simple eVHC Process

Check

Our BMW Technician will carry out your free Health Check and take evidence via video or photographs.

Notify

Your Service Advisor will send you the notification by email or text message, giving you a unique web link to view your Health Check.

Review

Once you have received your unique link you will be able to view the complete detail of findings including images and videos.

Authorise

Now you have our findings with a complete breakdown of costs, Our advisor will call for authorisation if required.
